We found that AppIdeas was looking for a professional business development service. We then decided to put our best foot forward by showcasing our past work and collaborations with companies. They were impressed and we ended up being on the same page. We started off with handling their online bidding profile on Upwork – the bidding platform. We generated leads through their portfolio and fortunately received 3 projects in a very short period of time.

Leads Generated

We generated an ample amount of leads. The next step was to prepare unbeatable proposals for each. We had sent the proposals along with the portfolio. We ended up with multiple conversions. We received 3 projects in a shot.

Sending proposal on daily basis from Upwork and Networking through LinkedIn was our approach to generate maximum leads for AppIdeas. Our Target was to send minimum 20 Proposals Per Day and try to connect at-least 30 new prospective clients on LinkedIn.

First Closure

The first project was about re-developing an eCommerce website that retailed baby products for their online customers. We generated this lead via Upwork and tried to contact him directly outside of Upwork to discuss further on his requirements.

We had a couple of calls to understand his requirements. After a couple of calls the client was confident that we can execute his requirements. AppIdeas team was all set to use their expertise and infuse some immense features and functionalities. The website redevelopment work was completed right on time. The first project was closed for $700.

Second Closure

Then another project we handed over to the AppIdeas was about mobile app development of a native educational application. It was offered by one of our oldest clients; he needed an experienced team of app developers and AppIdeas was the one for it. The client was quite impressed with the professional approach and the timely delivery of the app.

The Second Project was closed at $4000.

Third Closure

The next project was about the requirement of an app design of a mobile application and the AppIdeas team once again proved they are extremely good when it comes to fulfilling challenges. This project was closed in $300.

After the designing part we are in still discussion with the client for development the Mobile App. Hopefully we would convert the project for developing the Mobile App for the same client.


We were appointed as the official business development managers for skyrocketing AppIdeas’s business venture. We delivered what we promised and ensured a satisfactory client relationship. We assisted the business owner in adding value to their portfolio with new projects. Team AppIdeas were excellent communicators and executed the overall process seamlessly. Timely delivery and quick maintenance post project delivery were the two of the several qualities we were highly impressed with.
